Modern accommodation with marvellous location very close to airport. Great and very kind staff, always with a smile...

The hotel room is nicely laid out, with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. the presence of a cozy couch and lounge area was impressive. the staff throughout the venue were extremely helpful.

Had a really great stay here. The venue was modern and fancy, I appreciated the stay and the location was favourable close enough to main streets and bus stations for day trips, transfers and Provincia for restaurants and bars and a very convenient location-downtown, close to shops and public transport. The hotel room was reasonably spacious with comfy beds and a private bathroom, as example.

The staff was superbly friendly and accommodating, the room was soundproof with a sofa, a couch plus the terrace.

Location and low costs.

Facilities are not well maintained, bathroom and shower conditions need to be improved. Rooms facing the road side can be quite noisy in the morning when buses pass by.

Location very central and desk staff very helpful

Poor cleaning of rooms, bathtub was extremely old and shower pressure very poor. Wifi connection was really really bad. Service at breakfast was poor, never enough milk or hot water or cups or knives, everyday.

The location was good, not far from 2 metro stations and the city center. Our room was tidy and new-fashioned with comfy beds, a separate bedroom, and a terrace. - the breakfast had plenty of options including fresh bread, eggs, and cheese.

People speak good english and the prices are low

Bathrooms need to get fixed up, my toilet didn't even flush.

The cleaning staff left the windows open and when we returned the room had many flies in it. Fly screens on the windows would be a big plus

We liked our good sized and nice looking rooms. the staff was excellent. 3. the location was magnificent, just a minute walk from an esteemed theater. 4. It was so close to the main attractions in Santiago and downtown.

Staff is nice and speaks English, location is good and rooms are spacious.

The rooms are really worn down, WIFI only works in the hall downstairs and the computers for general use had almost no internet speed, our toilet hardely worked and we had 'warm' water for two minutes a day. At breakfat breakfast, there was nothing to go with the bread (they had run out as they said) so we only had some butter to go with the dry bread. Furthermore they tried to charge us a tax of 21% (this only doesn't apply if you pay with dollars, a bit strange as we were in Chile and thus had pesos. Paying with CrCa is not possible) but on our booking form it said that VAT was not applicable and also that the tax of 21% is meant for Chileans. We worked it out so that we didn't have to pay the tax.
